I'm gonna try to sleep too.....I'm watching that disney sing along Beach Party. Maybe that will help. Goodnight hyenas!

Here, bars are open, but liquor stores are closed. and they are ALL state run. I also noticed how cheap cigs. are... almost $2.00 cheaper a pack in Cal. :confused3 I was really surprised how cheap all the "naughty" things are in Cal.!:lmao:

Hubby would disagree with you about the ciggy prices. MN is really tough on taxing ciggs but they cost more here in California.

But we have good things in CA cheap too!!! I am always amazed at the low cost of produce. (Food 4 less or the Latino grocery stores are the cheapest)

Did you get rain last night?? Wow......where did that come from?

Well I'm kind of tired, and I've lost my voice for some reason. :confused3

my face was contorted with anger when he dropped on the ground...well first it was shock and then anger when andrea started laughing....:headache:

it was awesome my dd got chosen to dance with the characters in the street we did the trick or treating and did not ride any rides because we were gonna do that on friday but it was insane so i missed a bunch of rides . soarin, california screamin, boooooo

aww that sucks misty...I got to ride TOT back to back without even having to get off that night...the rides were a walk on ....

Hubby tells me they have those here.. but they don't take credit cards. We never have cash.. thus we don't go.

On our drive to CA, one of the states had "Kum and GO" as a gas station brand.. we laughed like silly teeens everytime we saw a sign. :rolleyes1

yeah they do...I get my gas from there all the time...on the machine buttons it asks you if you want credit or debit and if you want to pay inside or outside

But we have good things in CA cheap too!!! I am always amazed at the low cost of produce. (Food 4 less or the Latino grocery stores are the cheapest)

yeah low cost but it only lasts a day before it goes bad:headache: i hate food4less produce...everything else is fine and yes it is cheap...oh btw...you cant get lenders bagels at food 4 less but you can get them at vons, safeway and albertsons...however, you have to go to the frozen foods where they have the breakfast stuff ...they are in there:goodvibes

HYENAS!

I hope you are all having a great day :) I was able to sleep last night....I watched a Disney Sing-Along DVD of the Beach Party and another of High School the Musical. I fell asleep after the beginning of High School the Musical where Troy and Gabriella sing together. I still have some thoughts of that horror movie but I'm trying not focus on it. Work helps a bit too.

Oh and I'm going to DL tonight. I miss pin trading and I miss the park! I can't take any time off for a DL day (too busy at work and I have to save vacation time for our company cruise trip next month). :( At least I'll have my dole whip float! I hope I get some cool CM pins. :yay: I'll try to post from the park (with my phone) on how the crowds are. I hope the MHT doesn't put my car on the roof of the parking structure.

Ohh, busy night on the Hyena thread last night. Too bad I missed all the fun. We spent the entire night looking for the 2 lost kittens. Four of us started at one end of the house and went clear to the other end. We had flashlights, we turned over every piece of furniture, looked in every crack, crevice and corner we could think of. Dangled kitty toys everywhere. No cats!!

Then DS starts crying, he's afraid they might have gotten outside. I told him I don't think so. It was just us two home yesterday afternoon and I watched you go out the door and made sure it was closed. There is no way they could have gotten out. But he is bawling because he worries that they got out because he went outside to play and they are going to die in the cold weather. We went outside in the freezing weather several times, calling them, looking everywhere. No cats!!!!!!

We also let the 2 dogs in the house and the old cat. Figured there are now 4 people and 3 animals looking for 2 little kittens. That should flush them out. Or if not, at least the dogs will start barking at them and we will know where they are. Nope, NO CATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finally the kids went to bed around 9pm, I kept looking for another hour and then gave up. Around 11:30 I hear hissing from our old cat (Spook) and then I smell it - Cat Poo! Well our old cat apparently heard the little kitties playing in the middle of the family room floor. She is 16 years old and having serious issues with bowel/bladder control. Most of the time now she stays in the garage, but it was close to freezing last night, I haven't plugged in a heating pad for her yet this winter, so I let her in. Well she came walking across the floor and the new little kitties apparently scared the Cat Sh** right out of her!! It was runny and quit a mess to clean up in the middle of the night. Then this morning I had to get the carpet shampooer out and clean it really good!

Ok, now I can sleep better. Know the kitties are in the house and not outside freezing to death. I get up this morning and there they are laying on a fuzzy blanket that I left sitting in the computer chair. Apparently they like it better than the little cardboard house with flannel sheets I built for them!:lmao: I still have no idea where in the world they were hiding at, but wherever it was it was the best hiding spot ever!

I will try to post a photo tonight, that is if they don't disappear again before I get a picture!

Here's a photo of what our kitties look like. They are tabby kittens, one has little white boots on his feet and the other doesn't. We think they are boys??:confused3 I've tried looking, but they are pretty wild and scratch me every time I try to look at them. Of course I guess I would do the same thing to if some strange person was trying to look at me too!:lmao:

DS named his Ruby, but now that we think it's a boy he changed it to Max. Say's he will call it Max even if it's a girl.

DD named her's Pepper Lewis (after her favorite movie of all time - The Cowboy Way). Great now I have a cat named after Woody Harrelson! We're not allowed to call it Pepper, DD prefers we call it by it's full name!

When we got a new kitty, he would disappear and we cold not figure out where he was going! One night DW opens a can in the kitchen, and I am setting on the couch, and hear a rumbling! Out comes kitty! He had pushed his way through the gauze covering the bottom of the couch, and made himself a little "kitty cave" gues to get away from the other cats!
