Okay, I can't go to MHT this year I FINALLY was able to confirm a date with my sisters (my older sister's work and my little sister's swimming and such). We picked the 19th but I was told that all the Friday's are sold out. The only thing available is Thursdays and that's not gonna happen. Also, they said the 29th ~31st is available but we can't go those days either. Looks like we'll have to try for next year. <sigh>

Oh, yeah, Staley got them for me when she got hers. We wanted to make sure we'd be able to go together. It's just that if it's sold out, that sounds busy! Although maybe not, I know there's a cap on the # of tickets sold per night.

I was confused because it says on the DL site that the tickets are $27 if purchased in advance and $39 the night of. Does that mean that even though it's sold out you could still by them at regular price? I should ask the CM tomorrow.

I don't think so. They only sell a certain # of tickets per night. Tickets would only be available at the gate if that night were not sold out.

That stinks, but I guess I'll have to try for next year I kept asking my mom about my little sister's schedule and she got her swim meet schedule late. Also my older sister didn't know if she wanted to go

Sam must be a whirling dervish with all the month-end accounting work she's doing, sending lots of wind and rain up this way!

Three days and counting!

Did I mention that years ago I bragged to all my friends that I was leaving the wet, windy North to attend a friend's wedding in beautiful, warm, SUNNY California? Yeah, well it rained the entire time, and to add insult to injury, it was sunny and warm on the day we drove out of the state, and I got a speeding ticket near Sacramento! Crappiest vacation ever!

But the wedding was lovely.

Anyway, so I have not done any bragging about the sun to all my rain-drenched friends, and I'm hoping it pays off big-time on Friday!!!
