ok guys I really need some help here....

I have a HUGE dilemma that I cant make up my mind to do...my original plan was to go down to DL on wed. the 24th until Sat. the 28th..then due to some financial issues on both mine and Andreas part, we decided to go but not stay the sat. night....now with andreas new job she has to be at work on sat am so she said shes probably not going to stay over friday night...just leave early in the evening...what I was going to do was stay overnight on friday and go home in the early afternoon on sat...and then it happened....
I got my papers for my AP renewal...if I renew before my expiration date then its still $239 but after it will be $259...now that friday is gonna be the most expensive night...its $109 plus tax...andrea brought up a point...she said if I dont stay that friday night then that saves me $110 and then maybe $15 on the scooter rental...so thats half of the renewal fee...and I can come up with the rest for sure by the end of Nov....now the downside to not staying that friday is 2 things...1. I wont get to see pix or Bernice:sad2: and the other is having to leave on a Friday and going home on the 5...and pix can vouch for me...anytime during the day is gonna be busy and I dont want it to take 6 or 7 hours to get home...however, I do have this route given to me where I can bypass the 5 for the bulk of where the congestion will be but I havent ever tried it...so bottom line is...I need help...since I cant figure out which to do I will leave it in the hands of you guys...majority rules...so I will get back on here later to see what everybody has to say
WOW!!! What to do, what to do???
Do you save money, and drive home in fear?? Of do you stay and have more fun, and meet Hyenas? I know the second choice sounds sooooooooooo goodl. But I also know what it is like to have to worry about finances. So you are talking about a $125.00 dollars saved? Is that going to really scrap you for this month? Or the next?? Will it make a big difference 3 months down the road??
Something else.......... I would be scared silly to drive home all that way by myself late at night. Are you bothered by that??
I would probably go without alot stuff before I'd do that. ( I seem to remember a TR from you, before I knew you, about being side swiped on your way home last year.):scared1: Geesh!

Or you more confused than ever? :rotfl:

( I probably didn't help you much did I?) :rolleyes1

Lynn, IMO, I feel that if you are tight on funds right now then maybe you should skip out on Saturday. That way you will save on money and will have less headache and stress to worry about. :grouphug:

Well my DD just got home. Her curfew is 8:30 on school nights. But she really doesn't have a bedtime. But she usually goes to bed fairly early. She gets up at 6am on weekdays and usually gets up around 4am on weekends to race.

DS is in 4th grade and we have just raised his bedtime to 9pm. But, if he doesn't get up good in the morning it goes back to 8:30.

my kids bedtime is at 8 but they are off track so i have let them stay up later.. i am so not looking forward to when my daughter is older..

I always think it's so expensive to have birthday parties outside the home. But then I tend to rethink that after I've spent tons of money, had tons of people at the house and have a huge mess to clean up afterwards!

i told my dh that next yr it is at chuckie cheese.

Well our bedtime schedule so far has been:

Kindergarten - 3rd grade, (8-8:30)
4-6th grade (9:00)
7-8 grade (9:30) - but if you don't get up good in the morning your bedtime the next night is 30 minutes earlier for each day that you don't get up on time!
High school - whenever. (I'm picking my battles).

I've actually had a lot of fun with my daughter getting older. It's just like any other age - you have the good and the bad. But overall I'm enjoying watching her grow up.

Mix 1 cup warm water w/1 teaspoon salt. Then get one of those medicine syringe's (the kind you use for kid's liquid medicine). Slowly push the warm water up one nostril. After you get used to that start slowly breathing the water into your sinus cavity. Then close the other nostril and blow it out in the sink.
THIS is what my friend did, you're right! But she used a bulb syringe, I think she said. I think it's all the same thing, but to be honest, the neti pot looks and sounds more simple than inhaling fluid into your nostril! I'm not sure I could do that, at least not just yet. With the neti pot basically you just pour it in and it runs out the other nostril. Then you blow your nose, and repeat on the other nostril.

I think our best birthday party ever was one year when we rented a public pool. We had 2 hours of swimming with lifeguards for up to 25 people, ice cream and soda for $120. All I had to do was bring the cake and jump in the pool. No messes to clean up.

DD's birthday is the first week in April, so we are almost always in FL visiting my sister and at WDW. This year I was going through chemo & radiation so we didn't get to go. But the prior year DD complained because she always has to spend her birthday at WDW!:lmao: Poor girl!!:lmao:

I agree. Your Fianance is what is important now. If you lose it right now, it will be harder to recover...

Seeing the Hyena isn the top priority, besides, they will be back another time when you have everything settled!

I was pretty freaked the first time I tried it. But honestly it really does feel good and you will feel so much better afterwards. It's not like going underwater & sucking water into your nose that way. I like the little medicine syringes, you can control the water flow better.

So how are you feeling tonight? Better I hope!
