unshrinking clothes

I thought someone here once posted a way to unshrink clothes. Anyone know what I am talking about or how to do it?

You can wash fabric again in cool water, dry flat, or hang dry and give it a nice little pull here and there to put it back right.
Martha says, to measure the things you think my shrink b4 you wash and dry so that you can put it back to its original form.
