Unretrievable Reservations??

When I try to retrieve my dining reservations, I am getting the following message:

We are unable to retrieve dining reservations at this time. Please try again later..

However, I can pull them up individually with the conf #.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I had this problem earlier in the week. It cleared itself up by the end of the day. Hope it clears up for you too!

I have to retrieve mine by confirmation number. It doesn't worry me. I bring confirmation numbers with me every day. If they can't find my ADR by name I'm confident they'll be able to do it by confirmation number since that number IS showing up online.

The same thing happened to me before our trip this past December. I always make sure I take all of my confirmation numbers with me just in case, but I never needed them......we checked in at all of our ADRs with no problems . As long as you can pull them up by each confirmation number, I wouldn't worry about it .

Yep, I have got the same problem! Mine started about two weeks ago and still hasn't fixed itself yet. I even called technical help and was told it was some kind of memory problem. Funny how it worked great for about a month or two after I made the ADRs then all of a sudden I get the "We cannot retrieve dining reservations at this time" or "You currently don't have any dining reservations." Yes, I think I have all of my conf. numbers, but it was so nice to be able to pull them all up at once! This having to type in each number is for the birds when you are on the deluxe plan and have at least two ADRs per day!! Everytime you change something you have to go back and individually pull up all of your ADRs and resend all of then to your email again in order to print them all on one piece of paper! Tired of it!!

Have you considered just keeping the info in a Word document?

No, I hadn't thought of that. Sounds like an easy way to keep up with it all though! Thanks!
