Unregistered guests getting on property

We are flying down Sat nite and sis is driving. They are loaning us their car Sunday and would like to drop it off to us at SSR before heading to the MK (we will drive them). We are then checking on at BWV. Will she be able to get through the gate at SSR?

Talk to the front desk people. I am sure they can work something out. Guests get a pass to put on their dashboard, with specific dates on it. Visitors can usually get in with specific limitations. Don't sweat it.

sure, just have them say they are going to go to the restaurant and they will get right on even thou its not much of a restaurant

Our friends in Orlando come to visit all of the time, and never have any problems. Just tell them to say that they are visiting friends but make sure they have your room # because our friends have been asked for that before.

Maybe I'm confused-are you staying at SSR or BWV? I ma not sure if you have a 1BR or 2 bR but you could ask the CM at check-in for 2 parking passes. Say you have 2 cars in your party.
Last Year I checked in and asked for 2 because my mother was coming to check in the next day. My mom was staying w/ us in the room however.

I also know that I have "visited" other resorts, like AKL or the Contemporary while not staying on property and they have given me a temp parking pass good for a few hours,

Overall, they are VERY accomadating.

My family is staying the 1st night at SSR then we are moving to BWV and staying with 7 other family members at BWV. I didn't think about the parking pass. Since we won't need one, we can hand it off to sis at DTD on Saturday night.
