Um, we happened upon the bird show one year by accident and saw last ten mins of it. What we saw was pretty cool.

I just had to pop in here for a minute. I belong to a FB group for Feb 2014 Disers and someone had posted that their check-in date is Feb 22nd and were able to customize their Magic Bands today.

I logged onto My Disney Experience a few minutes ago and I was able to customize mine


I picked pink, Steve picked blue and Trent picked Red. They are set to ship January 5th





I called yesterday afternoon to make a payment, but they were having a major outage and were unable to do anything. I will be calling shortly and hopefully they can take my money today

I have to rearrange my itinerary too as Trent has requested we do rope drop at MK. The only day we were scheduled to do that park in morning is on an EMH hour. I was just informed, there is not a cute opening show with characters on those mornings

I want to have it done soon in case disney lets us pick Fp times early. You never know with them

So back to the drawing board I guess

Hello to my faithful posters and any lurkers out there

We are now in the 70s and we all are getting so excited. There has been a lot of Disney chatter from my hubby and son, which I love

Trent has told me he wants to hear the Welcome welcome song that plays on the Disney Parks Cd in my car and wants to see the show that goes along with it. So, this trip will be the first ever one where we do a Rope Drop. We are not morning people, so this should be interesting

In light of that, i had to rearrange our itinerary and I had wanted to fix it up the way I wanted anyways, since in 19 days it will be time for us to do our Fast Pass+s

So, this is our current itinerary. I am sure we will adjust it as needed, but this is to give you an idea of what are days should be like:

Wed, Feb 5th. - Plane touches down at 11:20am and am estimating we will be at our hotel by 1pm. After we check in and see our room hopefully, we will head over to Epcot for a few hours. Then that night we have an ADR at Boma, Hubby's pic. If not too tired or too late, will head over to DHS til closing. If tired, will just go back to hotel, unpack some and get ourselves ready for the next park day.

Thur, Feb 6th - We will do DHS in morning and then take boat to Epcot. We have Dinner at Akershus that night. After dinner, will spend the rest of night in Epcot.

Fri, Feb 7th - ROPE DROP at MK Spend half day there, then take monorail over to Poly for our Dinner at Ohana's. After dinner, will take monorail over to Epcot and spend the rest of the evening there.

Sat, Feb 8th. - Since MK is open til 1am that night, we want to take advantage of that. We will sleep in a little bit and then go over to DTD around 11:30, hit a few shops and then have lunch at T-Rex. We currently have an adr at 3:30, but am going call restaurant directly this week and see if we can get an earlier time. After lunch, if we want to relax, will head back to hotel to unwind for a couple hours. If not tired, will take the bus to one of the monorail hotels and then monorail over to MK. We will do our best to close that park out

Sun, Feb 9th. - Sleep in a little because of our late night the night before. Plan on hitting epcot during day and then we have an adr at Garden Grill. After dinner, we will monorail over to MK and spend the evening there.

Monday, Feb 10th - DHS in morning, Dinner at 50s Prime Time Care and then will take bus to monorail hotel and get on monorail to MK.

Tues, Feb 11th - Departure Day Luckily we have an evening flight, so we will not be picked up by ME until about 5:15pm or so. I am going let Trent and Steve pick what park they want to spend their final hours at.

So, there you have it, that is our schedule. Oh and I got that last payment to go through from a little over a week ago, so our balance is almost paid off
