Unlocking the Wish Book

I've seen several people mention that their Wish Book has been "unlocked" -- what does this mean and how do you do it? I just signed into mine and I'm still not able to access a lot of the info.

Our wishbook as just been unlocked today, we were so excited, this means that you nice see your wedding co-ordinator, they put a picture of themselves on there, where the silhouette used to be. You can evenadd your actual guest list. I am still playing with it, so I am sure there is more on there as well.
