Unlinking Military tickets?

So, my daughter bought military salute tickets for WDW in July, linked them so she could make park reservations, and now Disneyland is open to out of state guests. She’d rather go to DL, for a lot of reasons. The lady at the military base said if the tickets were unlinked she could refund the money on the tickets, but we don’t know how to unlink them. She called Disney reservations, but had to hang up after an extended hold time. Can she do it online? Or is there a better number to call?

That's interesting, I thought the Salute tickets were nonrefundable. At least, that's what I've read but have never personally needed to try and do it after purchasing tickets. Sounds like they are willing to do a swap WDW for DL Salute tickets. Did DL release a statement on offering Salute tickets for purchase this year or is the base where she's getting tickets able to sell 2020 tickets since it's extended use through 2021?

If they will do that, that is great. As for linking issues, yes best bet would be contacting calling WDW to see what they say about unlinking tickets.
