Universal's extinct attractions

I figured I'd make a list of all of the (major) attractions, that are no longer at Universal/IOA. Noting the entire resort has only been open for 18 years, it's amazing how many things are now extinct...

Kongfrontation
Ghostbusters
Alfred Hitchcock
Hanna Barbera
Earthquake (this is only kinda replaced, the ride is still there)
Back to the Future
The Wild Wild West Stunt Show
Murder, She Wrote
Herc/Xena show
The Cartoon stage show at IOA (can't recall the name)
Original Poseidon's Fury

Yeah, and Hollywood's burned down now...

Hmm, maybe they should put him in Universal Japan, he can fight with Godzilla....that would be an awesome ride!

Lots of changes, depending on when you were on it. The original had Poseidon as the bad guy and you'd meet an older man who eventually was shown to be Zeus and you battle Poseidon, the room appearing/disappearing sequence was different and made much more sense IMO.

I was so disappointed in Posiedon's Fury - it sucks now... the water tunnel is the only part that i enjoy now.

No no. That was next to Kong. It was also where the IOA Preview Center was. Both of those are now part of the ROTM queue.

Screen Test Home Video Adventure, it was over by Kong. It later became the Preview Center, then it became queue for Mummy.

The Psycho House is where Curious George is today. I miss when they used to put Christmas lights on it.

You also got to walk through the city streets of Kongfrontation during Halloween Horror Nights, it was one of their haunted houses.
