Guests with a confirmed reservation at any Universal Hotel are now eligible to purchase preview ticketsI just played around with the idea of booking Helios for 5/10. We're already booked at Portofino Bay for 5/11. Looks like one room for 4 adults plus tax is $447. We are not APs but it looks like they "may" open up previews for hotel guests also...very tempting but overall with tickets and hotel it will add an additional $1000 to our trip. Not sure it's worth that quite yet..it is tempting though.
How though is whst I've been trying to find out. Did they get an email? I'm considering booking a room so a friend can joinGuests with a confirmed reservation at any Universal Hotel are now eligible to purchase preview tickets
When AP single day tickets went on sale in October I bought one online and one over the phone. The email confirmations took a few hours, but I did get confirmation emails for both. The tickets I bought online show in my wallet. The ones I bought over the phone have never shown up. I called a couple of weeks ago and confirmed that the TM could see that I did have those tickets even though they were missing from my wallet. She said as long as I had the confirmation #, I'm good. I just don't want any hassle at the turnstile and have to go to GS, but at this point, there's nothing more that I can do.I bought my ticket at 12:24 today. I have my confirmation number, but no email confirmation and it’s not showing in the app.

Right but there doesn't seem to be a place for resort guests to buy, that's whst I'm trying to findhttps://www.wdwmagic.com/wdwmagic-p...previews-begin-april-17-for-select-guests.htm
Same as any preview. Dates will be sold out before emails go out.
Sounds like capacity is limited to the number of people willing to buy a ticket. A chance to test the extended queues.Found it. Looks like you have to purchase onsite on that day

I have no idea how many tickets Universal will sell.Does that mean everyone staying onsite will be able to buy a ticket that day or could they sell out?
I'll be there early May and could technically add a night at a Universal hotel to attempt this.. But I'm not sure if it's worth the hassle since I'm already visiting again in late May and have tickets then.

I have tickets the end of May I decided against paying air, hotel and preview ticket not knowing which areas might be closed
That's awesome! Not a bad wait. Thanks to the amazing people on this page I was able to snag preview tickets for April 17. I got in the queue at 1244 Florida time and had my confirmation number by 1:41 pm. We also booked a Helios Club level theme view room for April 16-18. We were already doing a split stay at disney and vero beach April 11-20 so we arrive already in Orlando!
Ha well I got tickets for 4/27 and I'm going 5/24I bought tickets for 5/2. I already have tickets for 9/4 but couldn’t resist seeing Epic before our cruise.![]()
We have one night booked at Universal as part of an upcoming Disney focused trip. Looks like universal hotel guests can try to buy tickets when they arrive at hotel subject to availability. This will be fantastic but I do wonder how many will actually be available after annual pass holders. Hard to plan around.Does that mean everyone staying onsite will be able to buy a ticket that day or could they sell out?
