I linked to all the menus on the first page of the Where to Eat Sticky. It is much easier that way. You can just click on whatever restaurant you want and it will take you to the menu that is posted at universalorlando.com

That's a great resource, and I've used it several times before, damo.

That said...why doesn't Universal make it easy like that on their own website?

It blows my mind how one of the largest media organizations in the world has such a poor website. Disney's isn't great either, but it's worlds better than Universal's.

I spent the other morning redoing all the links. UO has most of the menus, they are just a pain in the butt to access. I'll pick up some more pictures of establishments that aren't available when I am down in the fall.

I quite liked the old website but people were continually complaining about it too.

I get aggravated to no end trying to look at restaurants, and I can't make it open more than 8 additional restaurants at a time. Has anyone else figured out how to navigate around this?

Yeah...that's what the complaint is. You hit the "show more" button, and it only gives you a whopping 8 more restaurants.
