I have the Universal Visa and I'm a little over a week past my anniversary date (I was charged the annual fee) and I did spend over the qualifying amount ($6,000). I have not seen an email with my anniversary bonus (1-day ticket) and was wondering how long after the anniversary date do they email out the link?

Under the FAQ's it only says shortly after the anniversary:

"Universal Rewards Plus Visa Signature cardmembers who have earned one (1) complimentary Universal Orlando 2-Park 1-Day Park-to-Park ticket valid at Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure OR One (1) complimentary Universal Studios Hollywood 1-Day General Admission ticket will receive a series of emails from UniversalRewardsVisa.com shortly after their card anniversary to notify them of their award"

Has anyone ever received this bonus? If so, how long before you received an email? Thanks.

Did you reach out to the CC company? That is probably going to be your best bet! Hope it arrives soon.

I did and they said they had to look into it and call me back. They haven't called me back 😂. I thought I'd get an idea of how long it usually takes to receive so I don't have to keep calling.

Good luck! First National Bank of Omaha has mixed reviews online. Hope you get your questions answered and your free ticket!

I can attest to this! I like the discount I get with the card, but over the past year, I have got conflicting information and not the best customer service. Especially with the zero percent interest offers for 6 months.

I'll probably end up downgrading the card to the no fee card after I cash out my rewards at the end of the year and use it for the discounts in the parks only.

Yeah - kind of odd the did not find a better CC company.
There are several companies that are much worse to be honest - like BOA is useless as far as a CC company.

I figure I pretty much break even on the 100 fee between discounts and the cash back which does work well enough.

I find the lounge access useful but nothing special.
They really need a lounge at Epic sort of odd they did not have one in the new park.

Yes, I've also cashed out several hundred dollars in rewards on top of the discounts so far, so I have made up for the annual fee.

Have you reached your anniversary so far? If so, how long before they sent you the mail to get the free ticket?

No - not a year yet - and I don't think I spent that much on it - close but it not worth spending any more to me to get the free ticket.

If it was good for Epic then it might be worth it in my case, but its not

So any luck with this?

NO idea how to track this - but after buying my HHN ticket I seem to have hit the mark for a free ticket.

It says you will get an email I assume after they charge the annual fee or after you pay the annual fee - not really sure.

I plan to call them - but wanted to see if you had any luck.

I recently made the decision not to renew my AP but I did apply for the Visa…
I have not received notice yet… did not realize a year has gone by already.

Nope 😞 . I was going to wait until after the close of my next billing cycle before I reach out again.
