Universal twilight tix?

I saw that SeaWorld offers twilight tix..a discounted ticket to enter after 3 or 4 pm I think. A local theme park near me does this as well. Does Universal?? We have a small window of time for my Harry Potter obsessed daughter to go to IOA and I was just wondering if there are discounted/"twilight" tix available at the gate after a certain time?
