Universal trip question

I am going to USF and staying on-site for 1 week on January 28-Febuary 4th. This is my 3rd time to USF and we have a 14 day unlimited pass so we can go the night we get there and the day we leave. I was just wondering if it would be worth it to go over to the Magic Kingdom for a day. When i went to USF last January and spent a day at magic Kingdom. It did not seem like much had changed since my trip to DW in 2009. Is the FantasyLand expansion completed? I am huge Harry Potter fan so it would be hard for me to give up one day of USF but I would like to go to Magic Kingdom if the expansion is complete or some parts of it are complete.

The FL expansion is not completed.The re-themed Barnstormer and dueling Dumbos open in Feb.The new Little Mermaid ride and Beauty and the Beast restaurant open in the summer and the 7 dwarves mine train sometime LATE 2013..You won't be mssing anything other than Dumbo being closed and Snow White soon to be closed

Thanks! I would have been sad if I would have gone all the way over to Disney and the new parts of Fantasyland weren't open.
