We will be spending a few hours at Universal Studios with 2 boys ages 5 and 7 (both between 45" and 50").

The following rides are must do's for us (these are the ones they requested):

The Simpsons
Jimmy Neutron
Shrek
Et

Am I missing any must do's? Any suggestions on a touring plan for these rides to help us make the most out of our day?

Thanks

Men In Black was a must do for us and our three boys!!! IT WAS REQUESTED MORE THAN ANYTHING LOL.

The only other attractions I would mention would be the Woody Woodpecker Nuthouse coaster, Animal Actors on Location (show) and maybe the Universal Horror Makeup Show (if they like stuff like that). The Animal Actors show and the coaster are in the same area as E.T. and Barney so you'll be in the area...might as well check them out.

I second MIB for little boys. Guns and aliens...what could be finer?

Don't forget Men In Black. It's right next to the Simpsons.

I'd do the Simpsons first because it takes the longest due to the line. Then MIB because it's right next door.
then I'd walk down to ET - a slow loading ride and according to my kids - booorrring. LOL

Then Shrek and Jimmy Neutron. Those take alot of people so they go much faster.

Those are the order we like to do them. Have fun!

I forgot to mention that my kids liked Jaws too. Corny but fun.

I second MIB, but I must say that I have a six-year-old boy who would not miss the Jaws ride. I would say that anything they have seen on the big screen would be exciting so we usually like to watch Jaws, Men in Black, and T2 (probably too intense for most little ones). I am a grown man and I love the ET ride. I drag the kids to it over and over because I am too embarassed to go alone.

Almost forgot, Dittos to the Horror Makeup Show. Funny and not too scary. My wife's favorite of the whole park.
