Universal Touring Plan Help

Three adults going to Universal Saturday, August 19. Plan to be there before park opening, and really don't want to pay extra for express passes. We are not on site. What order should I do the following attractions in? Are willing to do single rider lines (if available) for Mummy and MIB. We will do most shows on another day in the late PM after touring IOA. Anyway here are the attractions I'm interested in creating a touring plan for on Aug 13, Saturday.

Jimmy Nuetron, Shrek, Twister, Mummy, Earthquake, Jaws, MIB, BTTF, ET, and T2:3D.

Neutron or Shrek as you enter. skip twister and head to ROTM. skip Earthquake and hit Jaws, MIB, BTTF, and ET. check the next showtime for T2, the queue is inside with A/C so it's not a bad place to queue up in August.

Twister's queue is outdoors, so save it for last. Earthquake is indoors, but the preshow wastes too much time when you could be getting a jump on the crowds, save it for later in the day.
