universal tickets

I am not going to Orlando until December and have already ordered my Disney tickets via a TCD special offer. I have then followed the thread about other tickets. Can anyone who has bought the Universal tickets online tell me if they post to you or if you collect from there? To avoid confusion I am referring to the special offer price of $99.00 plus tax and the child ticket free. If we buy the two park ticket, Sea World and Busch Gardens, can we approach customer service and get back in free? Any help would be appreciated.

We booked with travel city months ago and they sent a flyer out advertising special offer Disney tickets. I think the offer has finished now but its worth checking if you have booked your holiday with TCD. I think the price was adult £158 and child £137 for Disney 2 week ultimate ticket.

We ordered the tickets from the Universal website. The tickets have to be collected from automatic ticketing machines which are outside the entrance, using the same credit card that they were purchased with.

We have done this before and not had any problems.

We ordered online from Universal last year and collected our tickets from the machines at the entrance. It was quite simple, enter your reservation number and the credit card you used to order them (even if it has expired as ours had) and the tickets are printed ready to enter at the gate.

We have ordered the Busch/SeaWorld combo tickets for our next trip and they are valid for unlimited visits within a 21 day period. I think these are the same ones you mean.
