Hi there

We purchased our Universal Tickets on the $82 deal through Dreams Unlimited. Since buying them online, we received notification that my Dad's credit card was due to expire (end June 08) so my Mum went ahead and activated his new one so the old one is no longer valid!

I've emailed someone from the info. / confirmation of booking email I received, but I wondered whether anyone knows if we'll be ok taking both credit cards to pick up the tickets.

I told Mum not to cut up the old one yet as we needed it, shame she was too eager to activate the new one too - silly Mummy!!!

Last November I took my e-tickets in CityWalk Guest Relations window. I didn't need a credit card: I gave them my e-confirmation and ID. But, as I understood, you need THE SAME credit card to pick up your tickets through electronic ticket dispensers.

Check the NUMBERS on each CC and see if they are the same.

I'm going to move this over to the Universal board.

Hi Robo - I think they are, but either the last 4 digits are different, or that 3 digit security code on the signature strip is different - def. one or the other!

We will make sure we go to the ticket counters instead of trying the electronic machines then - just in case!

You should be able to swipe the old credit card cause all it is just to identify you but if it doesn't work then as others said just take the confirm number you print out from email to guest services and id and they will give you your tickets :thumbsup2

If the card doesn't work when you swipe it, you will need to get your tickets at Guest services. Is the ticket order in your name? If it is not, the person whose name the order is in needs to be the one to pick it up and they will need photo ID.

Thanks so much - that puts my mind at ease a lot!!!

The tickets are in my Dad's name, but he will be with us and will def. have ID on him so that's a relief too!!

Thanks so much
