Universal ticket prices and best days to visit

Looking at the prices for 1 day / 2 park tickets, I noticed that during our stay (Sept. 24 - Oct. 4, 2020) the value price is valid on weekends and regular price during the week.

Does this mean the parks will be busier during the week and it would be ideal to visit the parks on weekends?

In general, which days would you recommend for a visit during our stay?

It's probably because Halloween Horror Nights is going on during that timeframe and they close Universal side earlier than normal for the night for the event.

If you want full days in the park, I suggest you go either Spet. 28th or 29th as those night will not have Universal side close early.

If HHN happens...you will want to avoid the parks on those days IMO or just go knowing the parks will be fuller and wait times will be longer. Also, Universal Studios closes early which is a bummer because you miss a lot of fun rides on that side.
