Universal ticket help!

Hi, I am having trouble with universal site, trying to order tickets and it has been telling me that the service is unavailable for the past week?
Has anyone else had trouble ordering tickets online, and does anyone have a phone number for them if not?

I have followed the link in the Park Tickets thread and it has allowed me to go all the way through the booking process, up to inputting my card details.
Might I suggest you try clearing your history, cookies etc. Can't guarantee it but it has helped me in the past when I have had problems with certain websites.
