Universal Ticket Damaged

I ordered my Universal tickets from Chase and when I received them, it ended up like this. I ordered them way back in October but I did not open it until today. If I am correct, I believe the day I received the tickets was a rainy day so maybe it got wet during shipment or arrival. What should I do? Will Universal accept/reprint these? Send it back to Chase? I'm only concerned because it got part of the bar code. Ignore the green part of the pic.

take it to guest services to be replaced.

do you still have your receipt or online email for it?
that might help if you need additional proof.

i don't think you will have any problems in having it replaced.

Yes. I also noticed the barcode numbers on the top (top green covered part) is OK. Can they just print out a new one with my barcode numbers or should I bring the packing slip and confirmation email from chase?

They should be able to print new ones w/o any paperwork but if you want to be safe bring the paperwork with you.

That might be hard to reprint as part of the barcode is missng. They can reprint it as long as the ticket has either the barcode or the serial numbers underneath the barcode. Yours seems to missing part of both of them. If you have enough time, I'd see if Chase will replace it.

I think the barcode numbers are also on the top of the tickets. Is that right? If so, those numbers are still readable. What about the numbers followed after the barcode number. Under the barcode, there is a 19 digit number followed by a break with another set of numbers. Any idea what the second set of numbers are?

The numbers on top are the transaction number and also tells what computer node the ticket was printed at and by whom. Those tickets were probably printed as a bulk order and so that transaction number won't tell them which of the multiple tickets printed are yours. The second set of numbers after the barcode is the number of the ticket stock (the paper it is printed on). Each ticket is blank before the barcode is printed. That 8 digit number at the end just tells what the blank ticket stock number was before the barcode was printed. It tells nothing about the ticket itself.

The transaction number at the top would work if the tickets were for one family that ordered a few tickets. They could see all of the ticket numbers and then see what tickets you still had and determine the missing ticket but with such a large order, like Chase would have, that would be impossible. If you can't get a new ticket from Chase, Guest Services may just print a complimentary ticket but there is no guarantee that they will be able to do that.
