Now, you fabulous budget board people...Where is the best place to buy my 12 year old son a budget ticket for Universal? We already had a Thanksgiving trip planned to WDW and instead of heading for the Space Center, we'll be visiting Universal now!

My DH got one, I read all the "official rules" and can't find the answer to this one, do you know how long you can save the ticket for??? We are planning a sept trip, but would like to save the ticket for the next year when Harry Potter world is opened. Just wondering if anyone has heard any more details. .........happy for everyone!!

You would have to show id, and that means your dm and mil would have to be there. So doing it under somebody elses name would not work.

Does DH have an ID showing his parent's address? Not sure how he could pick up the ticket if he doesn't because his ID and the mailing address they send the confirmation code to wouldn't match...

Veryyyyy excited, since we will not get to take a 10th anniversary trip as we had hoped in March , but now we will get to have a special treat for our Sept free dining trip! The beauty of this prize is that the first and only time we every went to Universal was on our honeymoon in 1999, so this will be a nice thing to do to celebrate, and bring DD6! Hmmmm...need to find out how much a 1 day ticket is for DD6 and DH, as I can't leave the mouse for 7 days. Seems to me Universal marketing did an amazing job with this promo- especially giving a 7 day promo- taking lots of people away from WDW, etc.

Got my email yesterday on I-phone while out of town.... we ARE planning to go in June and have never been. I bought 7-day tickets almost two years ago, so now I can use this free one and save one I had already bought or give it to my son.

Go on here to the main page and click Universal studios you can get a 7days 2 park ticket for $94.99 something like that! That's what I call budget!
