Universal Studios touring plan with toddler

We're bringing our 2 year old with us to Universal studios. We'll let the teens do their own thing, so it will just be hubby, me, and the 2.5 year old.

Here's what he can do:
KidZone:
Woody Woodpecker
ET
Barney SH
Curious George PA
Fievel PA
Other:
Shrek 4-D
Jimmy Neutron (non-moving seats)
Jaws (I know it's really creepy scary, but he insists he wants to see the robot shark. What do you think?)
Disaster

I know that KidZone doesn't normally open until 11, so what should we ride first on the US day so that we can beat the crowds?? (Yes, I know these are crummy rides and they won't be that crowded).
