I'm an Orange County resident and saw tickets for Universal Studios at our local Vons- it was for $13 off with a front of the line pass included. Are out of towners allowed to use these? My family is coming in from Nevada, and we want to visit the park, but I don't want to buy these tickets, and then not be able to use them!
