Universal Studios Orlando/Islands of Adventure secrets

I found a thread about Universal+IoA secrets but it is like nine years old
I looked in all the pages but recently quite a few new areas have been built (eg Diagon Alley) and they haven't been mentioned and a couple of old rides (eg Jaws) have. Since I'm going to Universal Studios + IoA in a month I really wanted to find out all the secrets I can so I can look out for them!

Have you got any hidden secrets for Universal Studios or Islands or Adventure?

The only one I know is the secret songs on The Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit. If you hold the Rip Ride Rockit logo down for 10 seconds, there are hidden bonus tracks to choose from.
