Does universal studios hollywood offer cups to buy that you can get free refills with? Or refills for like 0.99?

Yep they have cups you can buy and each re-fill was around .99 I think.

Last summer they had a real cute, huge sponge bob souvenir cup for around $7-$9 dollars and refills were 99 cents. I hope it's not against policy to take it again this summer! Hey, I can use those saved $$$$$ on a new souvenir!
