Universal Studios Gift Cards ?

I just ran across the Universal Gift Cards at my local Wal-Mart here in upstate NY. Boy was I excited!!

I didn't get to read the back of the gift card, but has anyone bought one of these yet and used them in the parks?

I would love to get a few and stash away for our trip for stuff. Any help would be great!

They don't really work like a credit card gift card. You need to go to guest services and exchange them for Universal Dollars. These UO dollars are then used like cash in the parks and Citywalk.

I received some as a gift for xmas last year. They work fine, like Phantom said, you have to exchange them for Universal dollars, but I didn't have any problem with it.
