Universal Studios Florida Mardi Gras meet, 2/28!

OK, it's time for a meet on Saturday, Feburary 28! Here are the planned meet times at Universal Studios Florida:

12 noon
In front of Lucy: A Tribute

6 pm
In front of the Monster Cafe

I'll be checking in at the HRH in the morning and then coming over to USF to get my mugshot of my AP. I should be ready by noon, but if you don't see me in front of the Lucy Tribute, look at the AP processing line and I'll probably be there.

Also, we have to see Barney and the Animal Planet Live. I don't think I'll be watching the GBs all day long. I've been there once already. Once is enough, thank you.

Those who come can get a DIS Meets 2003 video and a video of the meet! I'll have to snail mail the video so I can edit the Mardi Gras meet video.

If you are coming, please reply to this thread or PM or e-mail me. I'll forward you my cellphone in case you can't find me.

I might be able to catch up with whomever for a few mins on Saturday around 430. Noon is too early and 6 is too late (will be holed up in teh Mummy starting at 5).

I'll be there that day but we are doing a VIP tour - that lasts until 3p and we have to be at City Jazz that night around 7p so I'm not sure how all that will work with my "group" needing to rest at the hotel, etc... But I'll be on the lookout for a DIS shirt!

I was hoping to go to Universal on both Friday and Saturday, but it's looking like only Saturday. Still trying to work on that though!!

Anyway, yeah, stop by and see a GB Show...it's only 15 minutes long. You'll get to meet ME as well.

Oh yeah...and if you do....after the show (if we decide to chose a certain one). I want people crowding me for an autograph (those who read one of my trip reports would know why....lol!). j/k

NOTE: I may not have my seat cushion. Twice recently have I gone without it....and how nice it was to not worry about it!!! But, if people want to meet me, and need my seat cushion to ensure it's me, I'll bring it (it's no big deal).

I'll try to meet at the I Love Lucy Tribute though!

Anyway, this is basically my schedule for Saturday:
9:00 MIB
10:00 or so - Jaws
11:30 - GB Show
12:45 - GB Show
1:30 - BJGYR
3:45 - GB Show
5:00 - GB Show
6:15 - BJGYR (if they have one at that time)
8:00 - Mardi Gras parade across from AP Viewing area....most likely...but spot isn't definite yet. (Keriann...are you going just for Mardi Gras, or just waiting for Sunday altogether?)
