Yeah. You might wanna do I-Ride there/back. But other than that, it's a very pleasant walk. We don't drive, so are used to walking. I'm guessing from the comments above that those posting drive in the UK
I dont know when you are going, but the last two times we've been it's been in July and August, so we've been on the very hot months. The walk there can be a bit taxing, especially if you leave later in the day when the temperature is getting hot, but then again, if you can't handle that short walk, how are you going to handle a whole day in a park!

Stop in at Walgreens (at the crossroads, opposite Wet'n'Wild) before you start out for a bottle of cold water! Oh yeah, and be careful of the millions of tiny reptiles that run across the pavement all the time.
The best bit though is staying in the parks till closing and then walking back. The temperature has gone down to a nice level and there is just such nightlife everywhere. You can also stroll home at your own pace and unwind before going back to the hotel. The walk to/from US is one of my fav bits! But then I'm used to having to walk everywhere!
