Universal Studios AP survey - opinions on means to re-open

On the booking website I listed may 24 to 27 for RP and it went thru for a reservation
I was told hotels are opening

I have a later reservation for RP in September and it Said it’s valid and went fbrh for me

I was looking for AP rates for October this morn. They are not available yet, but I noticed prices seem to be higher then they were just a week or two ago. Made me optimistic there are plans to reopen soon. Came here and read this post and just made me real happy!!

My sept stay booking at RP was using the savvey traveler rate.
I usually do not see any ap rates until July for the premier hotels.

the ap rate was available for the lower cost resorts for time dates in October

Yes, I should have clarified my statement. I booked a king suite at RP in December for $389. In the months since, when I checked rates the cost remained the same, or sometimes that particular room was not available. This morning the same room is $489. The standards were under $300, but today $356.

Just happy we may all get to go back to Universal soon!!

I got an exclusive offer for Aventura email, so I added 5 nights in September at a rate of about $114 a night in a Deluxe 2 queen, we thought of staying here for a short time last year but at this rate even if we don’t like it for some reason it’s so cheap anyway and then we will move over to one of our other Homes!!!

I used that same offer. Unless I need Express Pass I always choose Aventura it's a bargain and the location is close enough to SF and RPR to take advantage of the amenities there

Did you book directly with hotel or universal? I tried directly with Loews and couldn’t get any dates in May, but everything popped up when I changed to June 1.

I booked by calling for my September plans.
I did a check on the website for May but cancelled it
