Universal Scrapbook ?

We went to WDW in Dec. The day the guys went to universal I went shopping at DTD for scrapbook things. Well now that I am ready to scrapbook our trip I have not been able to find any universal items. Any suggestions?

A while ago I found some Spiderman and Hulk stickers at Target. I probably won't ever use them since I haven't been to Universal in awhile. I would be glad to send you some. Also my LSS has Spiderman stuff. For IOA- I've seen Dr. Seuss stuff online and I think my LSS has Cat in the HAt stickers. You can use anything dinosaur related for Jurassic Park. Back to USO- try Scrapyourtrip.com for great Egypt related papers and diecuts (Revenge of the mummy). Anything water/shark related for Jaws. For Nick studios there are tons of products out, Spongebob, Blue's CLue's, Dora the Explorer, Rugrats.

nrsldy----you are absolutely 100% correct!! There really isn't alot out there for Universal. We didn't go to IOA so all the Spiderman/Hulk things wouldn't do us any good. I did get lucky and find some really cool Shrek stickers at Wal-Mart and I also found some great Scooby stickers for our visit w/Scooby and Shaggy but other than that, there isn't alot. You really have to step out of the box. I have some great pictures of Woody Woodypecker and his "girlfriend"--don't know her name and Curious George but not sure how I'm going to deal w/those. Suggestions? It started raining about 2:00 so we missed out on alot of the shows but do have a few great shots of the Slime machine and my girls getting "slimmed". Would be cool if there were some stickers that were generic for Universal and included the slime machine.
We'll make do, tho. I couldn't find anything on Scrapyourtrip.com other than laser cuts that say Universal Studios and I already had that.

I want to follow this thread as I need ideas for our Dec. trip to US/IOA. I did find the Hulk and Spiderman stickers at Dollar General. I love the idea for the Egypt theme for the Mummy ride. I also thought about sharks for the Jaws ride--those stickers should be easy to find. Also anything alien themed or space-ship themed for Men in Black might work. I need to make of list of these things and carry it with me. It might help if I was a little more organized.

I know in my travels I've seen

Blues Clues Dora, spongebob paper and stickers.
I swear I've also seen Spiderman/superman paper at my LSS.
I think I saw some Curious George stuff but I can't say for sure.

Would Universal have a number you could call like Disney does for mail order?

Thanks for the ideas. My DS has tons of Spiderman stickers (everyone knows its his favorite, so all the time people buy him spiderman). He also has Hulk, spongebob and Shrek stickers. I think I'll stash some away for when we go to Universal I'll be able to use them to scrapbook with.

When I was looking for a card at CVS I also found Dr. Seuss stickers put out by Sandylion. I used StickersGalore.com for hard-to-find stickers in the past so you may want to try there.

Thanks for the info on Mousememories.com. They do have some neat things Ive not seen anywhere else. Of coures I've found the film strip, camera and other approriate die cuts but the paper and stickers are great. Wish I could find them at LSS. Don't order much online w/cc. Maybe US and IOA will start putting out pages, stickers etc like WDW does. Sea World has some neat things for those interested.

What about using Valentine's cards to scrap with? Is that okay? The reason I'm asking is because I just found lots of different ones at the Dollar store for 75% off --about 25 cents a box! Most of these have stickers included, and I bought Dora and Spongebob. Is there any problem with using these for pages, as I know I will need at least the ones I got, maybe more for my summer trip to US/IOA?

That is a GREAT idea. I have used postcards and tickets in my albums and so far so good. But I don't put them on the same pages as my pictures.
Someone told me as long as you don't use the "extras" on pages w/your pictures you should be ok. Now, someone w/more knowledge than I have may tell you different but that's what I was told my a CMC.

Thanks Everyone for your suggestions. I went to mousememories and placed an order. I am going to work on my scrapbook this weekend at a scraper retreat. I have also bought stickers(spiderman) still need hulk. I am going out later to look for more stickers.

Just wanted to let you know this morning at Wal Mart I found 3-D Paper Tole stickers by Sandylion in these characters: Spongebob (got that one--really cute!), Spiderman, Blues Clues, Bob the Builder, Precious Moments, and Barbie. They were 2.97 a pkg., and sooo cute! (Can you tell cute's my favorite word? ). I've seen the Hulk stickers here at Dollar General.
