Universal rides closing???

I can't believe what I just read on this board. Several rides closing, maybe for good. Kongfrontation was one and is one of my favorites and what about Hanna Barbara. My dd loves that ride. What I want to know is when is this all taking place. We will be there next week, will these rides be open then. How do I find out what rides are closed. On Disney site they have a link that tells you which Dis rides will be closed, but I couldn't find a thing on the Universal site. Someone please help!!!

Does anyone know when they plan on closing these rides? I will be there at teh end of September/beginning of October,and I would hate to not do these rides. Personally I think they should close TWISTER, I think that is SUCH a waist of a "ride", is you even want to call it that.

BTTF is my vote for a ride closure. Those simulators get me sick, and I'm a coaster nut. Dad and I rode it a few weeks ago, and we looked down the entire time. Car jerks forwards and backwards bumping our heads on the back wall.
At least tone down the simulator program so it doesn't shake as much.
