Hey everyone,
Does Universal keep info on file from previous visits? We were at Universal in 2016, and my husband qualified for the AAP, and we are heading down again on November 13. We have always found it so easy (and less stressful) to renew at Disney as we knew his info was on file. Wondering if they will be able to access his previous approval?
Also, I have seen that we can arrange this ahead of time with Universal and if approved, just pick up the pass when we arrive. Is this only done on the phone? Or is there a way to do this via email?
