I need the help of knowledgable folks, I'm sure I've come to the right place. We are looking at a Non-Disney trip this year, taking advantage of many of the things we haven't taken our daughters to before.

My initial thought is to stay at Universal, 7 nights, and purchase the combo Seaworld/Busch Gardens, length of stay ticket deal, that is available right now. Travel dates are Feb 20-27, 2010.

I have some questions please:

1. Are on-site FOTL passes the same as offsite, purchased, express tickets? In other words, do onsite guests have a separate express line from the purchased express ticket guests, or are they the same line?

2. Will FOTL or express even be necessary for last week of feb, especially if we are planning on spending as many as 4 days in the Universal parks?

3. Has anyone used the free shuttle service that comes with the combo Seaworld/Busch Gardens tickets? If so, where is the pick-up and drop off locations? Was the service acceptable, especially the trip to Busch Gardens? Should I just rent a car for Busch Gardens instead?

4. I'm considering staying at Double Tree. Can we walk to the parks from there? Do they have a shuttle?

Onsite FOTL is your room key and the purchased ones are a piece of paper. The line is the same for both.

Same line.. but onsite guests use them as many times as needed, tickets are single use only.

Probably not.
