Pre-shows are nothing new to theme parks. Disney has them. But does anyone else feel as though Universal's are simply too long? And I get it - It's a way to keep people entertained while waiting in line, but if you're someone who has been on the attraction before, some of them REALLY drag on. First one that comes to mind is Shrek. You're stuck in an overcrowded room standing up for about 10 minutes, having the story of the 1st movie explained to you. It's way too long (in my opinion). Minion Mayhem, Fast and Furious (from videos I've seen), ET, Simpsons, Jimmy Fallon, Gringotts.. I think having something going on as the line moves is a great idea. Disney's seem quicker and more interesting. Tower of Terror, Rock n Roller Coaster. About 2-3 minutes and you're in. Is there anything Universal could do to make these pre-shows a bit less painful?
