Universal Orlando Information- Maps/Video????

I looked all over their website and cannot find an "information request" section like disney has. I am just missing something or do they not have one? Should I call them to request park maps and videos ? thanks for all your help, I'm new to this park so i just want as much info as possible.

Oh Well. I guess I'll have to wait to experience the magic until I get there

I called Universal and they said they'd send me some information and maps so that's good !
