Can someone please help me understand when I’ll be receiving the e travel document?
I made final payment of my universal Orlando vacation package today. Recieve payment confirmations but no travel document.

Since the payment went through I wouldn't worry too much. Sometimes their system takes a while. I'd be surprised if you don't have it by the end of tomorrow. Note the phone lines are long and when I emailed them a question, it took 15 days to get back to me. It's up to you if it's worth it to deal with that to get a more immediate response.

Yeah I waited in line for approx 90 min on the call before giving up. Will wait for a few more days and then call again. Hopefully I’ll get them by then.
