Universal Orlando AAP goes digital

Universal Orlando is trialing a digital AAP, which went live today in the app (12/4/2025).

They have updated their faq regarding accessibility with info regarding the digital card. Paper cards are still available upon request.

Does anyone here have experience with the digital aap and the process for setting it up and/or using it?

We will be at Epic on Saturday and my son has the IBCCES card/uses the AAP. I’ll report back on how it goes.

There have been reports that many people at Universal are being told to have someone wait in line and for the individual to join them in line when they get close to the front. This seems to be the offering for many new AAP holders.
