Hi, I'm a universal newbie.....well I went once when there was only one park, before the Jaw attraction, I think it was like 1989 or early 90's.

So, my best friend and I are planning to sneak away w/o kids for a 5 night trip. Shhh, don't tell them.

We are thinking of booking the Harry Potter pkg. w/o air, found a better deal for air. 4 day base tickets.

Is there a place I can find hours for our trip in Aug?

I looked under the FAQ section of the forum and just said they vary and to check the Universal website- they don't have them listed either - not closing times anyways.

Meal plan, is it worth it? Is it really eat as much food as you like lunch through dinner?

Thanks in advance for any answers, tips, advice!:)

Thanks! I thought I looked around the Universal site but obvioulsy not, LOL

The only problem with the meal plan is that the restaurants are limited. There's not too much variety for my tastes. The movie meal deal is a little better but the last time we went the menu for that was limited.

Glad to hear that you're giving yourself 4 days. You're gonna love the parks. :thumbsup2

I didn't see a movie meal deal. Is there a place I can go look at what places are included? <----Found that page :)

Can we add it on when we get there or do we have to do it b4?
