Hello!

I have not been to Universal in decades. (Seriously it was one park when I went!) The mouse has controlled me, but...

The mouse and I are on a sabbatical and I am thinking it's time to try Universal.

Yesterday reading this page I figured out that since I live in Georgia I can get a Florida resident rate AP. Is that right? And can I do monthly payments? (I can live either way, but that just sounds so easy!)

If I can get a FL AP I get the impression I have to buy it there. I was looking at the hotel site and can get a great rate using AP for next Friday (6/17) so I was wondering if there was a way to get the AP before check in. (Could I go to the hotel and buy it? Could I go to the hotel and then just go to the park and buy it before I actually do check in?)

I'll keep reading for my other newbie questions!

Thanks!

It shouldn't be a problem either way. They will hold your AP rate for you until checkout. So, I'd just go to the hotel, check in, and if they ask, tell them you'll show it to them later.

I live in Georgia and renewed my preferred AP recently, couple of months back

I had to call the AP # to get the Flo rate over the phone

Book your room now to secure the rate and dates

Call for buying the AP and pick it up when you are in the parks

Like another poster stated, you can show your AP during your hotel stay to keep the discounted AP rate
