Alright peeps I need assistance and review in my plan for this December 7-11

My mom and I will be staying at the Royal Pacific for three nights. I got a three day park to park pass for our stay.

7th (wed)- We arrive at 2ish, check-in around 3:30ish. Was thinking we would then head over to WWOHP that way my Mom can see it first thing. I don't plan to ride much un less short lines. HP is her fav so I want to give her as much time as possible. After that head to City Walk for dinner and shopping

8th (thurs)- Early morning Entry head over to WWOHP and get as much done as possible, then 10am breakfast at Three Broomsticks. If area is still slow hang out more, soon as it gets busy head of to US. I am switching us because that park has more items we will want to see and I thought since it is Thursday the park will be the less busy out of all the day we are there

9th (fri)- This day we do IOA

10th (sat)- Today is Seaworld, I thought since it was saturday it will be busy but Seaworld is better than most places as crowds o it won't feel as busy. My Mom is not to concerned with shows. We will do a Up-Close Penguin tour and I am thinking of surprising her with a dine with Shamu.

Then we head to the Baordwalk from there...

So peeps what do you think? does this like like a good layout? What would you change?

On the Thursday just go straight to US.

Go to WWOHP first thing on the Friday, as WWOHP is part of IOA it would save you from having to go to 2 parks in 1 day.

Looks okay to me. Make sure you have the HP "package", as you can't eat breakfast at the 3B without it. I don't want you to show up and be unpleasantly surprised.

This is what I would do:

Wed: Arrive, check in ,then do a little of US, then Citywalk. By the time you get to the parks around 4 you might have 1-2 hours before they close.

Thur: Go to Seaworld. I say this because it is an weekday and you will not have to wait in many lines. Enjoy the whole day there and see everything without hassle.

Friday: Get up early to see WWOHP with the 1 hr early entry. This will give you plenty of time to do everything in there before 12-1 pm. Then since you are in IOA you have express pass for everything else (except Forbidden Journey and Pteranodon Flyers) you could do the rest of the park easy.

Sat: You could do a couple of things. If you really want to visit WWOHP again then get up early. After done there walk out and over to Universal Studios and finish the day there. Once again with express pass it will be a breeze. The only ride that does not except express there is Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit.

If you don't want to do that then go to Universal Studios and start your day there and if you finish early go back to Islands for some of your favorites on the way back to RPR.:thumbsup2

Hope this helps. We always bounce between the parks each day.

I like Bluer's schedule a lot! I would make it a point to see WWoHP in the evening if you can. It's nice at night.

Does it take a lot of time to switch parks? I thought they were really close? :confused3

Seaworld first huh? is will be that crazy on Saturday? Also won't Friday be crazy? I guess I am not familiar with the Express Pass. Does it really cut down on that much time that we can get through all of the rides that quickly and not feel the pressure of the crowds? I mean if all on-site guests have it I would think it would still take a while? What kinds of waits would be expected?

It takes about 5 mins of walking from the exit of one park to the entrance of the other.

You're going during a traditionally slow time as it is. With Express you will have less than 10 min waits almost everywhere!

I only suggested Seaworld first because it will be slower that day. Then you will have the rest of your stay at RPR and the parks with all the perks.

Like Dark Marauder said, its only a short walk between the parks and yes, express pass takes a lot of time and stress off.

I forgot to add.

Just because all hotel guests and some select people that purchase the one time use express does not mean all of those people are there at the same time. You will see when you get there how many people stay at the resort or go off site.

All right folks... I have had a lot of time to think about what you said and I think this is what I have decided after hearing all the advice

Wed 7- Harry Potter @ Night (We arrive RPR 3:30ish)
Thurs 8- IOA Early Entry WWoHP 7-12am, 10 AM BK @ Three Broomsticks, explore IOA
Fri 9- Sea World w/ Penquin up-close & Dine W/ Shamu (had to be FRI no BK ressies left for 10 am today for WWoHP)
Sat 10- Universal Studios WWOHP @ night is Mother so desires

So if I'm correct, Sea World will be good to visit on Friday?

My last question would be, my mom is not a big thrill ride person, what rides would she not like? Visible coasters are easy but the dark rides are the ones I'm having a problem. She also, like me can't do spinning. Thanks for all your help guys.

Your new schedule looks nice!

You might want to post your question about rides separately so it doesn't get lost. A lot depends on how intense your Mom can handle and how much spinning either one you can deal with.

I think the rides she would need to stay away from are: The Simpsons, Spiderman (possibly), Revenge of the Mummy, Cat in the Hat (spinning) and MIB (spinning). You might want to check YouTube and watch the ride videos to see if you think she can handle them.

Great idea on the rides... I have started looking at some of the ride videos n Youtube and definitely Mummy is out, my mom hates Space Mountain LOL, I don't think she will like being in the dark on that on either :rotfl: Guess it will just be me :confused3
