Universal newbie, disability question

im going to islands of adventure for 1 day with my kids, and i have a back injury. I understand I cant ride much, no roller coasters or anything thats going to hurt me in any way, but is there anything small or gentle at universal that I would be able to ride? Ive never been there before, have no idea what to expect or what the rides are like. Ill also be at disney but im familiar with those rides and know which ones Id be able to tolerate and which ones wouldn't be appropriate. Thanks

There also is a disability section on the web site that can guide you on what might may not choose to ride

I’d say ET and Dr Seuss Sky Trolley, possibly the other Seuss attractions.

Seuss land section should be fine as rides are gentle

Kong should be fine for you

Thats good to hear i want to ride kong sooo bad! Im so bummed out as this is my first time there and ive always wanted to go
