I'd appreciate your thoughts on whether it would be worth investing in these Express tickets for our upcoming trip.

We will be there the last 2 weeks in August. It will cost us $40 a day for each park.

Last time we went I don't remember massive waits (apart from Spiderman).

In your experience are the crowds big at that time and would we get any use of these express tickets?

Many Thanks

Craig

I assume you're talking about Express Plus - we considered them on our trip last month.

It is a book of tickets, and actually only gives you ONE express pass for each attraction - not unlimited. But I suppose if you're time was limited in a park then they could be quite useful - especially for SHrek at US, where the wait was 90 minutes at 9.15am!!!! We got express passes for it at 10am - waited 25 minutes in a queue to get them!!!....and our slot was not untiln 3.30!!!

Hard question - it really does depend on how busy the park is doesn't it? If lots of people have the advance tickets then it limits how many free express tickets are available in the park.

If you are going right at the end of August, the schools are back so the crowds should be lighter - I would personally take a chance on lighter crowds and avoid going on a Friday and Saturday.. but then that's what I'd do.

Do tell us what you decide :)
