We took a day trip to Universal from the Polynesian and did transportation with Tiffany Towncar. We arrived around 9 am and rented a wheelchair due to my sunburned, blistered feet. The ds are 13,15 and 17 and wanted a little more thrill than disney. Our first ride, which turned out to be the favorite of all of us was Shrek. So well done. Dh did the mummy with them and though it would be better they said. The ds then did earthquake, jaws, twister and dh did MIB with them, they did BTTF. There were alot of school groups, but the cm said we would basically have the parks to ourselves, huh? and she gave me a discount because of the wheelchair. I did ET with them, That is definetely not made for pooh sized bottoms. We ate at the international food courts. The lines were pretty long. I had the fried chicken but traded with one ds who had the asian orange chicken and did not care for it. The food was not very good. We then went to IOA. The ds did hulk, spiderman, jurasic park, and one did dudley doright. DS 17 lost the walkie talkie on spiderman, yes it flew right into the lake below, bye bye. This was a very expensive day for us. I dont think we would do it again for a while. They also played some games. We were done by 7 pm when the park closed. The city walk was really hopping. I was annoyed by the number of smokers every where. DS 17 wished we were there on tues. since they had some kind of wrestling show. Due to scheduling times we missed the blues brother show and the animal planet show, that is the only other things they asked to see.
