Universal information

I know this is a Disney sight, so this might be a horrible idea, but I need some advise. I have a friend going to DW May 26-June 1. there is 7 in the party (mom, dad, 2 girls age 2 and 5 and 2 grandparents) I am doing the majority of the planning for them as this is there first trip. The parents would like to take a day out for just the 2 of them to go to Universal. I have clue about anything related to Universal. Any suggestion of web sites to review or find good info would be appreciated. TIA
