Universal In Feb HELP!!!

Wondering if we spend and extra $500 to stay on property and get the express pass of stay off property. I think we would do okay since the dates in Feb we are going are listed as SLOW on the crowd calendar I saw but I am wondering if Diagon alley has changed that. Our first trip was last year and we loved Universal so are going back.

Thought on Planning sites you use and crowd calendars would be awesome. the only one I know if ( and Like) other than the dis i the UO informer.

I went beginning of November and the longest wait was 20 minutes for Harry Potter. I stayed at Cabana which gets you in early but I never did. You could do each park easily in one day off season.

Thanks - we stayed at RPH last yr in Jan w/ express pass and it was nice but a lot of $$$ we're staying off property this yr and were wondering if opening Diagon Alley had increased the crowd levels much. Sounds like we'll be ok
Any tips?

I'm going February too but unfortunately there is the Mardi Gras stuff which supposedly makes crowds come out. Bummed
