Does anyone know does the Front of Line Pass at the hotels count for these or do you need an additional Express Pass?

Hotel perks do not extend to HHN...you would need to purchase the EP's for HHN.

Macraven and I were watching the Rocky Horror Tribute last year and within 10 minutes of the show starting, most people got up and walked out. They obviously had no idea what Rocky Horror was. I seem to remember there being quite a few kids in the audience...not youngsters but teens who just didn't get it.

We noticed a lot of people leaving when we went too. I was suprised that many people would go without having a clue what it was about.

I know what you mean. Why do you think I'm still living in Orlando?

We noticed a lot of people leaving when we went too. I was suprised that many people would go without having a clue what it was about.

Yeah...I guess the word "horror" in the title threw them.

When do the tickets go on sale?

The tickets will usually go on sale in mid to late June...once the website is up and running.

Oh I wonder if we were some of the ones you saw leaving after 10 mins We all love this show even our son who was 13, but just after it started he said he was going to throw up, so out of consideration for the people around us we thought we`de better leave, rather reluctantly i should add.
This was opening night and it had been fantastic so far but i think he had a little too much ice cream(i did tell him!!!!)
Luckily he was ok and felt fine the rest of the night and we didn`t leave till the end.
Going back again this year can`t wait really, and will limit DS`s ice cream intake as we don`t want to miss out again on this show. HHN really was one of the highlights to our first ever trip to Orlando last year.

Yes he has seen the movie a few times and "gets" it, that`s why he was gutted he was feeling poorly for a while. I got a lot of grief from friends who thought at twelve he was too young to see the movie, but he thinks it`s so much fun and to be honest those friends don`t have much of a sense of humour
So hopefully we`re going to try and get opening night again this year as we thought the whole HHN was fantastic. Got to agree with earlier posters, we too were shocked at the amount of really young kids there, that`s not a place for them. IMO of course

I'm planning on going in October, and want to avoid HHN at all costs (I'm a big wuss). When does Universal typically announce dates? Also, do they only do the HHN in Universal, or IOA as well?

Since HHN is a separately ticketed event and it happens after the park closes, there is no way you would accidentally run into it. I am pretty sure it is at the studios this year. You can go to www.universalstudios.com and check out the park hours.

That is correct...HHN will occur at the Studios again this year.

The dates probably won't be released until later next month or early July but it's every Thursday through Sunday in October...sometimes Wednesdays. The studios will close at 5pm on a HHN night so the park can be readied.

We just saw all the pre planning and thought "that looks like fun" But think we may buy tickets in advance this year just to make sure we get as we would hate to miss out. Or are there always plenty of tickets to be had on the day so to speak?

The first weekend is the AP weekend meaning passholders get special ticket rates for Friday and Saturday nights. I will also purchase the EP for Friday night. You can purchase the tickets online once the website is up and running.

Actually...no. I get up at 4:45am for work during the week and I guess I'm just used to it now.

Since I am a fireman, we all have one of those really wierd schedules...so I usually don't sleep and when I do, it isn't for a long time.

Glad to know someone else is always up when I am...Now come June, I will be on day shift until the end of the year....I can't wait...a "normal" life, maybe?????

OK so I need opinions on this. Is it very scarey or not? I enjoy horror movies but do get a little freaked out with some such as Saw. I don't like scarey rides and I'm not 100% sure there is much point in me going to this but I wanted some honest opinions of just how scarey this is.
