Universal Hollywood and motion sickness

I know this is a tough question because everyone's motion sickness is different, but I'm gonna ask anyway.
What rides do I need to skip at Universal Studios Hollywood? At Disney the two rides I can't handle are teacups and Star Tours. And I really can't handle them. Everything else (MFSR, FoP, Cosmic Rewind, Everest) is fine. I sometimes get a moment of dizziness/nausea on Remy or MFSR, but I can still ride them and enjoy them for the most part. I don't ride Mission Space because I'm claustrophobic so I don't know how I would handle that.
(I do know a lot of these are WDW rides, but a lot of people have been to both coasts so I figure more examples are better.)
Thanks in advance for your help.

Forbidden Journey is the only ride that consistently gives me a little motion sickness - I usually can't wait for that ride to be over! Fortunately for me, it passes within a few minutes. I will also warn that The Simpsons Ride can sometimes get me - I think it's better if I sit in the back vs. the front seat. A ride like that is dependent on the axis of motion, and I think the rear seats are a just a tad better, so you might try that if you can.

Universal goes ALL IN on motion sickness and thrills. Avoid Transformers 3D and Jurassic World at all costs. Those are the worst of the worst when it comes to intense uncontrollable movements.

Definitely Simpsons for sure. I've never felt so ill in my life coming off that. Transformers too potentially and Forbidden Journey.

If you're fine with things like Everest etc, then you should be okay with the Mummy.

What type of rides specifically trigger your motion sickness? Simulators?

Simulators and spinning are generally the worst offenders. When what I'm seeing doesn't match what I'm feeling. I think I can do FOP because of the breeze and the screen matches well with the movement. I'm not really sure why I can do smugglers run, but not star tours.

Is the mummy scary? Like will my 8 year old have nightmares?

I have similar triggers with motion sickness so definitely the rides I first said to avoid. You might be okay with Forbidden Journey (I'm fine with it if I take motion sickness stuff beforehand). Jurassic World, Mario and Mummy you should be fine. Be wary of the Studio Backlot tour as well as that has a Kong bit kinda similar to the full Kong ride at Islands of Adventure.

Honestly I'm not sure about the Mummy being too scary for an 8 year old. I didnt think it was as scary or as long or good as the one in Orlando. But it was different!
