I appreciated the visual purity of Transformers. Like Nancy for Disney, I guess I was over-simulated.

What kind of wait time should we expect at Transformers?

We were there the 1st week of June and unfortunately missed the Transformer ride. It wasn't open yet when we went. We heard some people were let in for what I assume was a soft opening one night. When we went back the next day we were told it wasn't open yet. We were really looking forward to it. The people who rode it prior said it was good.
I am a die hard Disney fan and also love Universal/IOA. I do not believe you can compare the parks at all. They are both unique. When we go we usually do a split stay with Universal at the end. We feel we can relax more there since the parks are so close to the resorts. Looking forward to our next trip in 2 years.

What kind of wait time should we expect at Transformers?

When are you going? We were there last week and I was thrilled to have FOTL access because the wait was 2 hours! yes, 2 hours. Despicable Me was also very crowded as were many other attractions. I distinctly remember telling my husband that Uni/IOA was more crowded than Disney.

I'll take Transformers over Space Mtn. any day.
